The truck chassis adopts the special crane chassis of brand CHAN’AN TRUCK and the main drive system, the transfer case, gearbox, double-winch unit ,mud pump, turntable, drilling tower, feed mechanism are set up on the chassis.
The rig is a rotary drilling rig with directional circulation, it’s equipped with WB850/4-80 mud pump witch adopts the slurry as the washing fluid and can drill on clay, sand ,and rock if it’s equipped with suitable drilling bit.The power of drilling rig comes from the truck engine, the rig has distributed implement and hydraulic system.We can install the spare electrical engine and clutch implement according to client’s requirement, so that the rig can work with diesel engine or electric engine.We set up a generator(mf) which is convenient to illuminate or work at night.There are pressure device on the rig so it’s high efficiency when the rig drill on mud rock and on the weathering formation.the main drive of rig is mechanical and four landing legs and drilling tower are hydraulic controlled.
